LEADERSHIP
FraiserLine was founded in 2015 by Matthew Jensen having previously worked in London and USA for Hotel, Resort, Residential and Aviation Architectural Practices, collaborating on schemes for Hilton Hotels, British Airways and Marriott Hotels. Matthew's vision was to build a multidisciplinary consultancy that is creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative but most importantly offers exceptional customer service standards to it's clients.

We offer services for both traditional and modern methods of construction (MMC) procurement. We also specialise in the finest turn-key home builds, combining exceptional design, innovation and value for the residential market.

We service Hotel and Pub Planning, New-builds, Refurbishments, Sourcing, Strategy, and Interiors.
Our projects include various hotel, leisure and pub proposals where we deliver design-to-delivery services for our clients. In addition to Architecture and Interior Design, we also source FF&E, Equipment, Art, Artefacts, Wayfinding and Branding.
Estate & Property
We service Estate and Agricultural Planning, New-builds, Refurbishments, Change of Use and Strategy.
We manage large Estates and land on behalf of our longstanding clients. This involves Planning and Architecture for development opportunities, replacement facilities and change of use to future-proof the commercial potential.

We service Commercial Refurbishment, Planning Change of Use, New-builds, Strategy and Interiors.
Our commercial projects include providing Project Management, Architecture, Planning, Surveying and Sourcing services to leading Automotive, Transport and Construction Brands internationally.
Marine
We service Marine Surveys, Project Management, Sourcing, 3D Laser Scanning and Reality Capture.
As an associate Royal Institute of Naval Architects member, FraiserLine provides specialist Project Management, Surveying and 3D Laser Scanning to the Maritime sector. Our company ia also a proud partner of Maritime UK careers.
Laser Scanning
We provide full laser scanning, reality capture, measured building surveys and BIM survey services.
